We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and qualifying conversations with prospective clients on LinkedIn to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact and nurture meaningful conversations with prospects on LinkedIn using personalized outreach scripts and sequences.
- Track prospect engagement metrics and provide recommendations to optimize lead generation strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve targeting, messaging, and lead routing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all prospect contacts and engagement in CRM.
- Uphold brand identity and professional standards when engaging prospective clients.
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in outbound SDR role, with preference for LinkedIn outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales is a plus.
- Applicant must hold British nationality and resident of UK.
